@DragonOfAura I do not know what "IF" stands for. But I'm in the same boat as you drawing-skills-wise. (I know a lot of theory because the topic is interesting to me, but I lack practice.)
What I was alluding to with my comment was "We are on Newgrounds." There are a lot of artists on this platform and many of them like to collaborate.
Search for "I am looking for a [specific kind of artist] to work with me on an upcoming project." here to learn more details about Newgrounds' Collab system:

Not everyone will work with you for free, but artists who still have a lot of practicing to do (or who simply like your games) will often be fine with just being credited on the site and in the game.

I say this with your best interests at heart: Please look for an artist who can make thumbnail art for your games.
The thumbnails looks so low-effort that I have to assume it's the laziest, jankiest crap imaginable.

If you would like to provide art, I cannot pay you for this. These are professional images. They have the games title and an image in them. I can make a more professional image, but personally, I want an IF category. TomFulp advertised that they had a category for IF - this was during a Halloween submissions festival type of post. But there is only Visual Novel that is sorta similar. They aren't books, so they really shouldn't have to have title pictures.
Thanks for the comment, I used Paint and expert art design. Which presumably is the most laziest? :)
